While I've written down Nika's tips from her video here in one page for you, all credit goes to her for conceptualising these thoughtful exercises. It sets the stage for a fresh start and allows you to create room for new experiences, goals, and aspirations in the coming year.
Use this list (and add to it) to help you organise and declutter your environment. With clear space comes a clear mind.
